    Cancellations

    You can cancel your registration as follows:
    • Up to 30-days prior to the event (cancel by October 6) – 100% refund of fees paid, less EUR75 excl. VAT service charge per ticket.
    • 30 to 15-days prior to the event (cancel by October 21)- 50% refund of fees paid, less EUR75 excl. VAT service charge per ticket.
    • Less than 15 days before Event – No refund
    Note, at any time before the conference, you can provide an alternative to take your place at the event.

     

         
         
        Catering: Catered refreshments for lunch and breaks are included in the registration fee. If you have any dietary requirements, please state them in the registration form or contact us.
         
        Accommodations: Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Recommended conference hotel: RENAISSANCE PARIS LA DEFENSE HOTEL.
